聚亚烷基二醇(聚醚,PAG)是一种性能优良的合成润滑剂,它是由环氧乙烷(EO)、环氧丙烷(PO)、环氧丁烷(BO)或四氢呋喃(THF)聚合得到的线性聚合物。聚合单体的不同表现出不同的黏度、黏度指数、倾点和溶解性等基本的理化性能,同时由于结构的差异表现出不同的浊点、氧化安定性和热安定性。然而PAG中醚键的独特结构使其具有独特的性能,如水溶性、水不溶和油溶性,这些特性使聚醚可以应用在不同的场合。通过调节聚醚链中的可变因子(R1、R2、R3、R4、m、n),可以灵活地调整聚醚产品的性能,如黏压特性、牵引系数等,以满足润滑油市场多样性的需求。
Polyalkene glycol( polyether,PAG) is an excellent synthetic lubricant and derived from the polymerization of epoxides,including ethylene oxide( EO),propylene oxide( PO),butylene oxide( BO) or tetrahydrofuran( THF). PAG shows different viscosity,viscosity index,pour point and solubility and other basic physical and chemical properties due to the differences of polymerization monomers. Meanwhile,PAG exhibits the differences of cloud point,oxidation stability and thermal stability depending on their chemical structures. However,PAG can be applied in different lubricant fields due to the unique properties determined by the inherent ether linkage structure,such as water-soluble,water-insoluble and oil-soluble. PAG can meet demands from lubrication customers by adjusting the variable factors in the polyether chain( R1,R2,R3,R4,m,n),such as viscosity-pressure behavior and traction coefficient.
