国内外矿物型变压器油产品标准及产品性能分析 被引量:7

摘要 文章介绍了国内外现行的变压器油标准(如IEC标准、ASTM标准、GB 2536标准)和国内外知名品牌(Nynas、Shell、昆仑)变压器油产品现状,并对国内市场上的国际知名品牌(Nynas、Shell、昆仑)变压器油性质进行了对比分析。从国际变压器油标准对比情况看,IEC 60296和ASTM D3487是国际上最通用的标准,大部分国家标准都是在此基础上修改采用的。国内外知名品牌(Nynas、Shell、昆仑)变压器油性质对比分析表明:变压器油仍以环烷基变压器油为主,除了要具有优良的电气性能、低温性能及环保性等,更为重视变压器油运行安全性,保证产品不含腐蚀性硫化物、不存在潜在腐蚀性硫,同时要具有优良的抗氧化性能。 In this paper,the current transformer oil standards such as IEC,ASTM,GB 2536 and the well-known brand transformer oils at home and abroad( Nynas,Shell,Kunlun) were introduced. Meanwhile,the properties were compared and analyzed. According to the investigation of transformer oil standards,it was found that IEC 60296 and ASTM D3487 are the internationally agreed standards,while most national standards are established based on them. Performance comparison result of the above transformer oils showed that most transformer oils are still naphthenic. For transformer oil product,operational safety and oxidation stability are more important,in addition to excellent electrical properties,low temperature performance and environmental protection,ensuring no corrosive sulfur compounds and potentially corrosive sulfur.
