Influence Factors of Feeds from the Normal Sequence or Opposite Sequence on Toluene-Butanone Dewaxing Process

影响酮苯脱蜡装置生产和产品质量的因素非常多且繁杂,从工业生产角度分析认为,正序和反序原料对酮苯脱蜡装置生产的影响主要体现在结晶工序中,其中最关键影响因素是溶剂和原料。结合装置生产,对正反序原料、产品、结晶工序关键参数设定情况进一步分析,认为正序对酮苯脱蜡装置的操作和产品质量更易于把握,更有利于操作条件优化。

The factors affecting the process and production quality of toluene-butanone dewaxing unit are vast and very complex. From the perspective of industrial production,the influence of feeds from the normal sequence or opposite sequence on toluene-butanone dewaxing process is mainly reflected in the crystallization process,in which the most crucial factors are the usage of solvents and the nature of feeds. In this paper,further analysis was made,combing with different operation conditions,such as the feeds,the products and the key parameters of the crystallization from the normal sequence and opposite sequence. The result shows that toluene-butanone dewaxing process using feeds from normal sequence has the advantages of easiness in being controlled,reliable production quality,and optimizing operation conditions.
