摘要
当前,技术本科院校在学生综合素质培养中面临困境,而强化技术应用型人才的核心素养是高等技术教育改革发展的战略选择。为此,可资借鉴的经验包括以核心素养为通识教育的新目标,追求技术能力与非技术能力之间的动态平衡,将课程建设作为有效载体等。同时,应秉持动态平衡的理念,以"核心课程"为基础,采取"混合式"教学模式,积极打造养成学生核心素养的教师团队。
Colleges of technology in our country currently faced a dilemma in cultivating students' comprehensive quality. Strengthen General Education and the Key Competences are strategic choices of higher technical education. There are many effective vehicles, such as target Key Competences as a new core of General Education, balance the capabilities of technical and non-technical, and strengthen the curriculum constructions. We should hold the concept of dynamic balancing, develop the "core curriculum", take the "blended" teaching mode, and create the teacher teams.
