摘要
经济社会的发展迫切需要大量实践型、创新型人才,而开放教育学习者众多,具有体系庞大、潜在合作企业众多、学生职业规划明确等优势。因此为了满足社会发展的需要,以及实现教育公平,开放教育应通过校企合作构建多层次的实践型课程体系,建立校外实训基地,建设"双师型"教师队伍,积极整合内外部资源以提高人才培养质量。
The development of economic society urgently needs a lot of practical, innovative talents. Open education has numerous users and many advantages, such as enormous system, many potential cooperative enterprises, learns" clear occupation planning. In order to meet the needs of social development and realize educational equity, open education should construct a multi-level practice curriculum system through school-enterprise cooperation and establish off-campus training bases and construct "double-qualified" teacher team, and integrate internal with external resources to improve the quality of talent training.
