技能工资差距扩大的影响因素研究

近年来关于技能工资差距扩大方面的研究文献表明,传统贸易理论并不能预测发展中国家工资结构的变化。随贸易的发展,发展中国家技能工资差距与发达国家一样是扩大的。产业内贸易假说和技能偏向型技术进步假说可以对这一现象作出解释,它们之间的交互作用更会强化对问题的解释力。但这两种假说都存在某种程度的缺陷,并不断地经受着来自于实证数据方面的挑战。当用来考察中国工资结构问题时,还需要结合中国的国情进行相应修正。

In recent years, research literatures in relation to enlarging difference of skill-based wages indicate that traditional trade theories can not forecast changes in wage structure in developing countries.With development of trade, difference of skill-based wages in developing countries is enlarged together with that in developed countries. Intra-industry trade hypothesis and skill-based technology progress hypothesis can explain the phenomenon and interactions between them will even strengthen the explanation power over the problem. However, there are some flaws to some extent with the two hypotheses which have been continuously challenged by empirical data. When issues in China are investigated with them, corresponding revisions shall be conducted in line with China's national conditions.
