摘要
针对内蒙古某铜铅矿矿石性质,进行了浮选试验研究。采用铜铅混合浮选后再进行抑铅浮铜,且选用自行配制的组合抑制药剂TZ11,获得了铜精矿铜品位24.59%、铜回收率86.11%,铅精矿铅品位52.81%、铅回收率73.11%的较好技术指标。
According to the characteristics of one copper-lead ore in Inner Mongolia, experimental research is carried out. The process of bulk flotation prior to selective separation of copper is used. Combined inhibitor TZ11 developed independently is applied. The flotation flowsheet has got a better technical index：copper concentrate grade of 24.59 % and recovery rate of 86.11% ; lead concentrate grade of 52.81% and recovery rate of 73.11%.
