摘要
[目的]分析小茴香茎中的挥发性成分。[方法]首先采用固相微方法萃取小茴香茎中的挥发性成分,然后使用气相色谱-质谱联用对挥发性成分分离和鉴定,利用峰面积归一化法定量,并与小茴香籽的结果对比。[结果]从小茴香茎中鉴别出的挥发性成分22个,涵盖了醚、酮、酯、烃和萜等类,其中以反式茴香脑为主,其次是柠檬烯,两者分别占总挥发性成分的51.61%和16.16%,与小茴香籽的主要成分相同;小茴香茎的次要成分主要是1,3,3-三甲基-二环[2.2.1]庚-2-醇乙酸酯(6.23%)、大根香叶烯D(5.01%)、乙酸小茴香酯(4.25%)、β-法尼烯(3.66%)等,与小茴香籽的次要成分差异较大;同主要和次要成分相比,微量成分之间的差异更大。[结论]小茴香茎的挥发性成分与小茴香籽一样,主要以反式茴香脑和柠檬烯为主,但次要及微量成分则差异较大。
[Objective] The research aimed to analyze the volatile components in the stem of Foeniculum vulgare Mill.[Method] To obtain the volatile components by solid phase microextraction,then to separate and identify the volatile components using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,to quantify their relative content by area normalization and compare them with the volatile components in the seed of Foeniculum vulgare Mill.[Reseult] 22 components in the stems were identified.The main volatile component in Foeniculum vulgare Mill were trans-anethole(51.61%) and dl-limonene(16.16%),which was in agreement with the results of volatile components in the seed.Besides this,the other volatile components in the stem were much different.Those volatile components include bicyclo [2.2.1] heptan-2-ol,1,3,3-trimethyl,acetate (6.23%),germacrene-D (5.O1%),fenchyl acetate (4.25%),β-farnesene (3.66%),et al.[Conclusion] The main volatile components in the stems of Foeniculum vulgare Mill were trans-anethole and dl-limonene,agreeing well with the results of volatile components in the seed,while the other volatile components in the stem were much different.
