摘要 介绍了肿瘤坏死因子TNF-α的发现、结构及其作用的信号通路,并从神经元的发育、生存、离子平衡和神经递质释放等方面综述了近年来TNF-α对下丘脑的影响研究进展。 The finding,structure and signaling path of tumor necrosis factor-alpha was briefly introduced.Furthermore,the research advances of effects of tumor necrosis factor-alpha on hypothalamus in recent years were reviewed from aspects of neuronal development,viability,ionic homeostasis and neurotransmitter releasing.
