摘要
[目的]研究化学控根试剂对沉香容器苗生长的影响,从而改善根系畸形的问题,提高移植成活率.[方法]通过3种化学试剂的不同浓度对沉香当年生苗木进行控根研究.[结果]3种化学试剂均对苗高、地径、主根长度、1级侧根数及其长度影响显著.化学试剂对主根、1级侧根平均长度均有不同程度的缩短效果,同时增加1级侧根数.3种化学试剂对沉香容器苗生长影响主次是CuCO3 、AlCl3、ZnCl2.[结论]综合考虑,添加100 ~ 150 g/L CuCO3既能控制主根长度、1级侧根长度,又能增加侧根数,同时对苗高、地径生长有促进作用.
[Objective] The paper studied the effect of root contraied agent on Aquilaria sinensis container seedlings,to prevent this from coiled irregularly,improve graft survival.[Method] The research on control root under three kinds of chemical reagents of different concentrations was carried out.[Result] Results show three kinds of chemical reagent have significant effect on height,diameter,the length of main root and lateral root,the numbers of lateral root.Chemical reagent can reduce the length of main root and lateral root and increase the numbers of lateral root.[Conclusion] Sum up,is 100 ~ 150 g/L CuCO3 the optimal chemical reagents to make sure optimal dosage to control the root.
