The present situation and characteristics of rural practical talents of Yangzhou City,and it＇s main limiting factors which restrict the rural practical talents development were analyzed.Several countermeasures and suggestions which speed up the rural practical talent cultivation of Yangzhou City,such as improving the understanding of the importance of cultivating the rural practical talents,establishing the incentive policy of rural practical talents,multiple channels carrying out the rural practical talents cultivation,providing the high-quality service for the rural practical talents,strengthening the leadership over the work of rural practical talents,etc.
