摘要
分析了阳极接触片零件的冲压工艺性,进行排样设计和多工位级进模具结构设计。论述了定位装置、弹压卸料装置、凸凹模结构和自动送料装置的结构设计。选用较高精度等级的滑动导向对角导柱模架;采用有沿边和搭边的排样方式,采用侧刃定距、自动送料和弹压卸料装置以消除多工位级进模的定位误差;凸模和凹模采用镶拼结构以保证工件的形状尺寸要求;成形工序之前先冲制工艺孔可以防止工件弯裂。实践证明,模具结构紧凑合理,便于加工维护,能保证零件的成形质量和生产效率的要求。
The stamping process of the anode contactor was analyzed. The layout and the muhi-progressive die were designed. The structure designs of the location device, spring stripping, forming die and automated feeding device were detailed. Sliding guide diagonal pillar die sets with high accuracy grade were chosen ; the layouts of both with and without scraps were applied; devices with the side blade, autofeeding and spring stripper were designed in order to eliminate positional errors of the multi-position progressive feeding accuracy. The mo- saic structure of the punch and the die was designed to guarantee the qualified shape and size of the part. The technological holes were stamped before forming so as to avoid bending crack. Experiment shows that the multi-progressive die has compact and reasonable structure, which is easy to manufacture and maintain. It can meet requirements of quality part and production efficiency.
