摘要
主要研究6201铝合金导线不同时效温度处理后的微观组织、力学性能和电导率的变化规律。采用光学显微镜(OP)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析了时效温度对导线微观组织的影响。结果表明,经150℃、170℃和190℃保温4h时效处理,其微观组织未出现显著变化。力学性能测试结果表明,导线的抗拉强度和屈服强度随时效温度的升高而下降,其电导率显著提高。
Investigation was made on the microstructure, mechanical properties and con- ductivity of 6201 aluminum alloy conductors under different aging temperatures. Optical mi- croscope (OP) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were adopted to analyze the effect of aging temperature on the microstructure. The results indicate that no notable change ap- pears on the microstructure under aging of 150℃, 170℃, and 190℃ holding for 4 hl Moreover, results of the mechanical property test show that the tensile strength and yield strength decline with the aging temperature increasing, and simultaneously the electrical conductivity is promoted.
