摘要
采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针等手段对GH4133B合金中η相对力学性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明:GH4133B合金中η相在750-1 000℃析出,析出峰值为980℃,最短时间为5h。少量的η相对力学性能没有影响,η相的增多对合金的拉伸强度和持久寿命影响不显著,η相对Z的影响要比对A的影响要大。冲击性能对η相最为敏感。
Effects of -η phase on mechanical properties of GH4133B alloy were studied by using optical microscope, SEM and electron probe. The results show that η phase is precipitated at the temperature from 750 to 1000 ℃, the precipitation peak is at 980 ℃ and ηphase starts to precipitate after heated at 980 ℃ for 5 h. The further investiga tion shows that few η phase has no influence on the mechanical properties of the ahoy. With the content of η phase increasing, influence of η phase on the tensile strength and creep rupture life of the alloy is unobvious, and influence of η phase on Z is larger than that one on A. Also, the impact property of GH4133B has sensitivity to η phase.
