摘要
实验采用不同的制备方法,氧源为H2O2,相转移剂为季铵盐,结合磷钨杂多酸制备了新型反应控制相转移催化剂,并探究其催化性能。用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和红外光谱(IR)等技术对磷钨杂多酸季铵盐催化剂进行表征。结果表明:新型杂多磷钨季铵盐催化剂可由H3PW12O40/H2O2/R4N+Br-直接制得或H2WO4/H3PO4/R4N+Br-/H2O2催化体系制备。应用两种方法制备出的催化剂均具有良好的催化活性。
Using H2O2 as primary oxidant and quaternary ammonium salt as the phase transfer agent, a new sort of reaction-controlled phase transfer catalysts were synthesized by different methods, and their catalytic performances were investigated. The reaction-controlled phase transfer catalysts were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectroscopic analysis (IR). The results show that the new sort of reaction-controlled phase transfer catalyst can be successfully obtained by direct reaction of H3PW12O40/H2O2/R4N+Br- or the catalytic system of H2WO4/H3PO4/R4N+Br- / H2O2.The catalysts obtained by two methods have obvious catalytic activity in epoxidation.
