"飞经走气"为"通经接气大段之法",主要包括青龙摆尾、白虎摇头、苍龟探穴、赤凤迎源。操作要点:青龙摆尾"如扶船舵,一左一右,慢慢拨动";白虎摇头"退方进圆"和"摇振";苍龟探穴"钻""剔";赤凤迎源"上下左右,四周飞旋"。现代医家基于古法并结合临床对"飞经走气"四法进行深入探析,不仅用于治疗网球肘、膝关节骨性关节炎、急性踝关节扭伤等"关""节"病变,同时广泛用于脏躁、原发性高血压、腹泻型肠易激综合征、慢性萎缩性胃炎等疾病。

Feijing Zouqi is the method of dredging the collateral and meridian qi, including Qinglong Baiwei, Baihu Yaotou, Canggui Tanxue and Chifeng Yingyuan. The operation points： Qinglong Baiwei--the needle is gently and slowly moved left and right like rowing a rudder; Baihu Yaotou--the needle is Tuifang Jinyuan and shaking; Canggui Tanxue--the needle is digging into and picking out; Chifeng Yingyuan--the needle is from one location to another, whirling all around. Based on the traditional methods and clinical experiences, modern doctors analyzed Feijing Zouqi deeply. Feijing Zouqi is effective for not only a series of joint arthropathies such as tennis elbow, knee osteoarthritis, acute sprain of ankle joint,but also hysteria, primary hypertension, diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome and chronic atrophic gastritis.
