摘要
利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,建立了三轴椭圆等厚振动筛筛箱的有限元分析模型,对振动筛筛箱进行了模态分析和动应力分析,得到了固有频率和相应的主振型,以及应力分布状态。指出了原筛箱结构存在的设计不足,并提出了改进措施,使结构各阶固有频率远离工作频率,应力分布更加均匀,系统动态特性得到了明显改善。
Using large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS, established the finite element model of three-shaft elliptical equal-thick screen. Carried out modal analysis and dynamic stress analysis. Calculated the natural frequency and the relevant vibration mode, the dynamic stress distribution state of the screen box. Pointed out that design deficiencies of the original screen box structure, and put forward the improvement measures which make the structure of each order natural frequency far from working frequency, stress distribution is more homogeneous, system dynamic characteristics has obviously improved.
