Equipment Modification of Off-line Inspection Station in the PL-TCM

离线检查站位于酸洗连轧生产线连轧机的出口,平行于出口步进梁,主要用于冷轧钢板上下表面的质量检查。主要研究酸洗连轧生产线离线检查站设备功能,分析设备存在的影响质量检查准确性、质量检查节奏、操作方便性等方面问题的原因,提出设备功能优化方案。设备改造后,消除了设备缺陷,满足生产线的各项需求。

Off-line inspection station which arranged at the exit side of the TCM parallel to the walking beam, the station conveyors is mainly used for quality inspection of cold-rolled steel. In this paper, the carry re- search on equipment function of off-line inspection station in the PL-TCM. Find out the reasons that affect the accu- racy, the inspection speed and the operation of quality inspection. And then, propose the plan that carrying equip- ment modification. After equipment modification, equipment defects were eliminated that satisfying the requirements of the production line.
