主题班会中主体话轮的框架构建和分配转换——以公安院校座谈式思想政治教育为例

摘要 座谈式教育理念下,公安院校思政教育主题班会的开展通过提起话题,营造环境让学生在直面问题、自主探索,通过鼓励表达与交流甚至辩论来强化健康合理的观念、抛弃不合理的认识。班会主持,在调动学生参与积极性促成顺畅交流的同时应该有意识地对班会的"主体话轮"进行控制,力求体现清晰的会话框架和会话路径,体现班会的会话目的与节奏。 Under the concept of panel discussion education, a theme class meeting about ideological and political education in Police Academies is carried out, on one hand, by bringing up a subject and creating an environment for students to take up an autonomous inquiry in face of problems, and on the other hand, by encouraging expressions and communications, or even debates to consolidate healthy and reasonable concepts and discard irrational cognition. In the course of hosting a theme class meeting, efforts should be made to arouse students enthusiasm and involvement to achieve a smooth communication process, consciously control subject turn-taking in an attempt to reflect a clear framework and path, as well as the purpose and rhythm of conversations.
