摘要
文中介绍了三相不平衡度的概念、危害及三相不平衡度的测量仪器,从GB/T 19862-2005和GB/T15543-2008两个标准入手,研究三相不平衡度测量仪的校准方法及测量标准。制定了校准程序,搭建了校准平台,对校准点的设置进行了规定,评估了测量标准的不确定度。通过校准实例,验证了测量标准的测量能力,达到全面评价和考查三相不平衡度测量仪计量性能的目的。
This paper introduces the concept, harm and measuring instruments of three-phase unbalance factor, and studies the calibration method and measurement standard of three-phase unbalance factor with both standards of GB / T 19862-2005 and GB / T 15543-2008. The paper develops a calibration program, sets up calibration platform, provides calibration point set and evaluates the uncertainty of measurement standards. Through calibrating instance, it verifies measurement standard measurement capability to meet the comprehensive evaluation and test phase unbalance measuring instrument measuring performance purposes.
