高校开展专门学术英语教学之瓶颈与对策刍议——以法律英语教学为视角

The Predicaments and Countermeasures to Expand English for Specific Academic Purposes Teaching in Higher Education Institutions——from the Perspective of Legal English Teaching

法律英语课程隶属于专门学术英语,本研究以法律英语教学为切入点,从教学目标、课程设置、教学方法、教材开发及师资建设等多角度考察当前法律英语教学之发展掣肘,借此深入探析高校广泛开展专门学术英语教学可能遭遇的瓶颈与壁垒,尝试性地提出发展策略,以期为广泛开展专门学术英语教学提供借鉴与启示。

The predicaments of legal English in higher education institutions,a sub- branch of English for Specific Academic Purposes,are explored from the perspectives of teaching targets,curriculum system,compiling of textbooks,teaching methods,and construction of teaching faculties,on basis of which this article further analyses the obstacles possibly encountered in the expansion of English for Specific Academic Purposes in higher education institutions,and comes up with feasible development proposals.
