摘要
本文基于立法文本翻译的基本原则,通过词汇、句法、篇章三大方面对我国立法文本英译的一些翻译问题进行分析、梳理,并结合法律翻译的实质,指出影响和评判立法文本英译的关键因素,应是交际目的、法律语言的文体特征和语用特征、不同法律体系与法律制度下的法律文化差异。
Based on the basic translation principles of legislative texts,the paper analyzes and works out some questions in the field of Chinese- English translation of China' s legislative texts from three aspects,that is,vocabulary,syntax and context.Further on,combining such analysis with the essence of legislative text translation,the paper wants to points out that what mainly influences and judges the Chinese- English translation of legislative texts should be communication motivation,literary form and pragmatic features of legal language,and differences in law and culture with the background of different legal systems and legal institutions.
