肝脏良性囊性占位性病变的规范化治疗

Normalized management of benign cystic space-occupying lesions in the liver

肝脏良性囊性占位性病变包括单纯性肝囊肿、多囊肝、胆管囊腺瘤、肝包虫病、先天性肝内胆管囊性扩张症等多种性质各异的疾病。其早期往往无症状,只有当肝内病灶增大至一定程度或出现并发症时才出现各种症状。近年来,随着超声检查的普及,无症状的肝脏良性囊性占位性病变已变得愈来愈多见。但是,目前对肝脏良性囊性占位性病变的治疗尚缺乏统一的规范。

Benign cystic space-occupying lesions in the liverare not single disease entity. They encompass many varieties of diseases with different natures,including simple hepatic cysts,polycystic liver diseases,biliary cystadenomas,hepatic echinococcosis,congenital intrahepatic biliary dilatation and so on. The diseases usually remain asymptomatic at early stage,and become symptomatic only when the cystic lesions in the liver are adequately large or develop various complications. The progression courses and impacts of the diseases on patients are different. Recently,with widespread applications of ultrasound examination,more and more asymptomatic benign cystic space-occupying lesions in the liver are diagnosed. However,standard management of the diseases is still lack so far.
