复方藤果痔疮栓质量标准研究

Quality standard for Compound Tengguo Zhichuang Suppositoury

目的提高复方藤果痔疮栓（酸藤果,荜茇,姜黄,碱花和大青盐）的质量标准。方法采用TLC法鉴别处方中的荜茇和姜黄;HPLC法测定姜黄中双脱甲氧基姜黄素、脱甲氧基姜黄素和姜黄素。结果 TLC法可鉴别出荜茇、姜黄的特征性斑点;双脱甲氧基姜黄素在0.010 14~0.101 40μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 5）,平均加样回收率为98.0%,RSD为1.2%;脱甲氧基姜黄素在0.009 83~0.098 30μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）,平均加样回收率为98.2%,RSD为0.8%;姜黄素在0.018 42~0.184 20μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）,平均加样回收率为98.3%,RSD为1.0%。结论本法荜茇的薄层鉴别选用了环己烷-乙酸乙酯（7∶5）代替苯作为展开剂增强检测的专属性。

AIM To improve the quality standard for Compound Tengguo Zhichuang Suppositoury （Embelia oblongifolia Hemsl. , Piperis Iongum Fructus, Curcumae longae Rhizoma, Trona, Halitium ）. METHODS The TLC method was used to identify Piperis longum Fructus and Curcumae longae Rhizoma. And the HPLC method was used to detect the contents of bisdernethoxycurcumin, demethoxycurcumin and curcumin in Curcumae Longae Rhizoma. RESULTS The TLC spots of Piperis longum Fructus and Curcumae longae Rhizoma were strong in specificity without negative interference. Bisdemethoxycurcumin was detected in the range of 0. 010 14 - 0. 101 40 μg with good linear relationship （ r = 0. 999 5 ） and mean sample recovery rate was 98.0% and RSD was 1.2% . Demethoxycurcumin was detected in the range of 0. 009 83 -0. 098 30 μg with good linear re- lationship （ r = 0. 999 8） and mean sample recovery rate was 98.2% and RSD was 0. 8% . Curcumin was detec- ted in the range of 0.018 42 -0. 184 20 μg with good linear relationship （r = 0. 999 8 ） and mean sample recov- ery rate was 98.3% and RSD was 1.0% . CONCLUSON The choice about cyclohexane and ethyl acetate as the TLC developer of Piperis longum Fructus in Compound Tengguo Zhiehuang Suppositoury in place of benzene can improve the identification test.
