摘要
目的建立一种快速筛查抗风湿类中成药和保健食品中24种非法添加化学成分的HPLC法。方法采用C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%乙酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,体积流量1.0 mL/min,柱温35℃,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为245 nm。结果建立了在45 min内快速检测到吗啡、甲氧苄啶、对乙酰氨基酚、龙胆苦苷、磺胺甲噁唑、安替比林、阿司匹林、非那西丁、泼尼松、异丙安替比林、氢化可的松、金诺芬、地塞米松、甲基泼尼松龙、酮洛芬、舒林酸、萘普生、地西泮、醋酸地塞米松、保泰松、奥沙普秦、双氯芬酸钠、吲哚美辛、丙酸倍氯米松,各色谱峰分离良好,其回收率在88.8%~101.7%内,检测限在0.1~24.6 ng内。结论所建立的方法可适用于不同中成药和保健食品的胶囊剂、片剂和丸剂的非法添加化学成分的快速筛查方法。
AIM To establish an HPLC method for rapidly screening twenty-four chemicals added illegally in anti-rheumatic herb preparations and health foods. METHODS The gradient elution was performed on C18 col- umn (4. 6 mm ×250 ram, 5 μm) with the detective wavelength at 245 nm. The mixed solution of methanol-0. 1% acetic acid was used as mobile phase with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. And the column temperature was main- tained at 35 ℃. RESULTS The 'chemicals added illegally were inspected in forty-five minutes, including mor- phine, trimethoprim, paracetamol, gntiopicroside, sulfamethoxazole, phenazone, aspirin, phenacetin, prednisone, propyphenazone, hydrocortisone, auranofin, dexamethasone, methylprednisolone, ketoprofen, sulimdac, naprox- en, diazepam, dexamethasone acetate, phenylbutazone, oxaprozin, and diclofenac sodium. The good peak separa- tion appeared in fingerprints. Their ranges of recoveries were 88.8% -101.7% with the range of the detection limits from 0. 1 ng to 24. 6 ng, respectively. CONCLUSION The method can be employed in the rapid pick-up of il- legal addition in capsules, tablets and pills of other herb preparations and health foods.
