乡村医生对国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作的满意度及影响因素分析

Studying on the county doctors' satisfaction on the collaboration of national primary public health service project and its influencing factors

目的:了解乡村医生对国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作的评价,分析其影响因素,为乡村医生积极参与国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作提供建议。方法:调查乡村医生365人,获取其对国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作的满意度。利用SPSS 12.0统计分析软件中t检验等分析模块对乡村两级医生的满意度进行差异性分析。结果:乡村医生对国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作的总体评价是积极肯定的。科学的项目职责分工、合理的经费分配、有效的培训指导是影响乡村医生参与国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作的主要因素。结论:提高乡村医生对国家基本公共卫生服务项目乡村协作的满意水平,提高参与乡村协作的积极性,需要有科学的项目职责分工、合理的经费分配、有效的培训指导等分工协作机制作为保障。

The Chinese Health Service Management. Abstract Objective To study the county doctors＇ evaluation on the eollaboration of national primary public health services, analyze its inflnencing factors and put forward suggestions. Methods 365 cases of county doctors were surveyed with questionnaires. And data was analyzed with software of SPSS 12.0. Results The county doctors＇ overall evaluation on the collaboration of national primal-/public health services was positive. The main influencing factors were definition of responsibility, budget allocation, and guidance and training. Conclusion The county doctors＇ satisfaction on the collaboration of national primary public health service project can be improved by scientific definition of responsibility,reasonable budget allocation,and effective guidance and training.
