徐州市农村基本公共卫生服务开展情况不同地区影响因素调查

Investigation of Influential Factors for Basic Public Health Services in Xuzhou Rural Area

目的:了解影响徐州市农村地区基本公共卫生服务工作开展的主要因素,为进一步提高公共卫生服务水平提供依据。方法:以徐州市7个县(市、区)作为调查点,采用分层抽样,对20家乡镇卫生院进行调查。结果:等级为好、中和差的卫生院在卫生院规模、辖区常住人口数、服务面积、临床医生年收入、防保医生年收入、单位收支情况、基本公共卫生经费补助收支情况、防保人员学历的差异均无统计学意义;而临床医生和防保医生年收入、乡村医生数、防保站人员数、从事基本公共卫生服务的人员数以及公共医师数间的差异均有统计学意义。结论:徐州市农村地区乡镇卫生院在规模以及经济上不存在统计学差异,导致卫生院在基本公共卫生服务开展上不均衡的主要因素是人力资源上的差距,应逐步增加基本公共卫生服务队伍中专业高素质人才的数量,促进该项工作在农村地区更好的开展。

Objective To investigate the influential factors of basic public health services among different township hcahh cen- ters in Xuzhou, so as to carry out this work more balanced. Methods By stratified sampling, total 20 township health eentcrs were se- lected from 7 counties of Xuzhou and investigated by a self-designed questionnaire. Results There were no significant differences in township health centers scales, number of permanent population, service area, general practitioner annual income, primary health provider annual income and education level among primary health providers. The differences in the number of country doctors, tbe number of staff in rural prevention centers and the number of people working for basic public health services were significant. Con- clusions There were no significant differences in township health center scale or economy. The reason for the imbalance work among different township health centers was the differences in human resources. It is needed to increase professional staff for basic public health services to promote the development of this work.
