Learning Theory Before Following Rules: On the Great Practical Significance of the Theory of Grasping the Ideas of the Masses

当下中国已进入全面深化改革新阶段,中国要实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦,必须遵循人类社会发展的客观规律,这就必须要学习马克思主义基本理论,尤其要学习建构国家治理体系、提升国家治理能力的理论。马克思提出了理论掌握群众的思想,明确了群众实践是理论的本源主体,理论的彻底性即在于它的实践能力,这一思想对于当下中国具有重要的现实意义。

Nowadays China has entered into a new stage of deepening reform, so in order to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation; we must follow the objective laws of social development, which calls for learning the fundamental theories of Marxism, especially those of governance system and capacity. Marx put forward the theory of grasping the ideas of the masses, thus making it clear that practice of the masses is the origin of the theory of main body, and the thoroughness of the theory lies in its practical ability, which is of great practical significance for China.
