对资源枯竭型城市公共图书馆发展的思考——以神木县图书馆为例

Thinking of Public Libraries Development in Resource-exhausted Cities——Taking the Library in Shanxi Shenmu as an Example

本文以陕西神木县为例,在寻求我国资源枯竭型城市转型之路的基础上,提出转型不只是一个经济问题,而且还是一个文化问题;在进一步分析资源枯竭型城市图书馆的困境和解困途径下,认为政府依然是图书馆可持续发展的主导力量;要将建立公共文化服务体系作为发展文化事业和图书馆事业的发展目标来完成。

Taking Shaanxi Shenmu as an example, this paper proposes transformation is an economic issue as well as a cultural issue based on seeking transformation of resource-exhausted cities. Further, it analyzes the dilemmas and ways to solve the problems of resource-exhausted cities library, that the government is still the dominant force in sustainable development of libraries. It should overall consider on constructing public cultural service system as to develop cultural undertakings and libraries.
