苍龟探穴针刺法配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病研究

Study on Canggui-tanxue Acupuncture Combined with Electro-acupuncture Treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy

目的：观察苍龟探穴针刺法配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病的效果。方法：60例神经根型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例，治疗组采取苍龟探穴针刺手法配合电针治疗，对照组仅予电针治疗，观察两组患者治疗前后症状及疼痛程度。结果：治疗2周后治疗组症状量表评分及VAS评分均优于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论：苍龟探穴针刺法配合电针治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of Canggui-tanxue acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods： 60 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with each of 30 cases, treatment group was treated with Canggui-tanxue acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture, control group only with acupuncture, to observe the symptoms and degree of pain before and after treatment of two groups. Results： After treatment of 2 weeks symptom scale score and VAS score of treatment group were both better than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Canggui-tanxue acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture treating cervical spondylotic radiculooathv is significant.
