摘要
生态效率是衡量经济发展水平的重要指标,反映了经济发展中利用自然资源减轻环境压力的效率。针对黑龙江省土地利用现状构建土地利用生态效率评价指标。采用数据包络分析(DEA)的CCR-I模型对黑龙江省煤电化基地及其14个城市的1990年、1995年、2000年、2005年、2010年土地利用生态效率计算分析。结果显示,1990-2010年黑龙江省东部煤电化基地土地利用生态效率呈上升趋势,但是各个城市生态效率存在明显差异且变化不同;不同规模和类型的城市也存在差别,大中城市明显低于小城市,煤炭城市低于非煤炭城市。1990-2010年生态效率为DEA有效的为4-7个城市,无效的城市较多,生态效率高效区绝大部分分布在黑龙江省东部边境地区。
Ecological efficiency is an important index to measure the level of economic development, the efficiency of reducing pressure on the environment and utilization of natural resources in economic development. In view of the Heilongjiang province land, wo construct the evaluation index of land use ecological efficiency. And land use ecological efficiency of coal-power base in Heilongjiang province in 1990, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2011 is calculated by data envelopment analysis (DEA) model of CCR-I. The results showed that, the land use ecological efficiency of the base in on the rise, but there is differences among cities and their changes is different. Urban size and type effect the ecological efficiency. That of the large cities and medium cities is significantly lower than the small cities. That of the coal cities is lower than the non-coal cities. There are 4~ 7 cities whose ecological efficiency of DEA are effective in 1990,1995,2000,2005, 2010. The cities are more efficient and the efficient cities is mostly distruted in the eastern border area of Heilongjiang province
