摘要
设立铁路发展基金是国家改革铁路投融资体制,深入推进铁路建设的重要举措。针对铁路基本建设的现状和存在问题,分析铁路发展基金的资金来源、使用途径等,对设立和完善铁路发展基金进行思考。
The establishment of railway development fund is an important project to reform railway investment and financing system, advance the railway construction. Considering the present situation and existing problems of railway construction, the source and use of railroad development funds are analyzed, the establishment and improvement of railway development fund are researched.
