摘要
基于目前图像法煤岩自动测试技术面临的诸多技术难点,利用反射率标准物质研究光线斜射对反射率测试的影响,提出消除系统误差的校正模型;针对煤岩光片不平整对图像清晰度带来的影响,考察多点定面"跟踪调焦法"拍摄图像的清晰度,并提出现有技术条件下的解决方案,以期为图像法煤岩自动测试系统的开发提供基本技术支持。
Based on the technological difficulties of automatic maceral testing system using image method, this paper researched how the slant rays affected the reflectivity test using reflectivity standard material, and calibration model for eliminating systematic error were proposed as well; regarding to the effect brough by unevenness of coal petrography polished section to the clarity of the image, the clarity of the image using multi-point setting surface "tracking focusing method" was researched, the solution under current technology conditions was provideed, thus, the technical support of development of automatic coal petrography testing system using image method were provided.
