西山焦化焦炉配煤技术研究

Research on the coal blending technology of Xishan coke oven

针对西山焦化焦炉配煤中存在的问题,用200kg实验焦炉系统研究了7.63m焦炉开炉方案的设计和生产配煤方案,并对炼焦煤资源的开发及石油焦的应用等方面进行了探讨,指出在配煤中使用一定量的石油焦有利于提升焦炭的质量。

Regarding to the problems existing in the coal blending technology of Xishan coke oven, this paper researched the design of opening scheme of 7.63 m coke oven and coal blending and production plan using 200 kg experimental coke oven system, moreover, the development of coking coal resources and application of petrol coke were discussed, and it was indicated that using a certain amount of petrol coke was good for improving the quality of coke.
