许厂煤矿洗选1/3焦煤的可行性分析

摘要 介绍了许厂煤矿的煤质特征、洗选工艺及其主要产品结构,分析了调整许厂煤矿产品结构的必要性及洗选1/3焦煤的可行性,指出通过适宜调整重介洗选系统的分选密度可降低精煤的灰分及提高精煤的黏结指数,并可洗选出低灰、低硫、低磷、中高挥发分、高发热量、强黏结性的优质1/3焦煤。 This paper introduced the coal quality characteristics, coal preparation technology and main product structure of Xuchang coal mine, and analyzed the necessity of adjusting the structure of coal mine product and the feasibility of washing 1/3 coking coal, it was indicated that through adjusting the separating density of dense medium sepration could reduce the ash content of clean coal, and the caking index of clean coal, so that the 1/3 eoking coal with low ash, low sulfur, low phosphorus, medium high volatile matter, high calorific value, high caking property could be washed out.
