摘要 依据GB/T 15716—2005《煤用筛分设备工艺性能评定方法》,从精煤泥弧形筛入料粒度组成、筛分产物产率计算、分配曲线、筛分效率、均方差检验等方面对潘一选煤厂两段精煤泥弧形筛的工业性试验进行分析。工业性试验与分析表明,该两段精煤泥弧形筛能适应高灰分细泥化煤泥的处理,其各项工艺指标均优于单段精煤泥弧形筛,且可从筛上物中脱除大部分高灰分细泥并保证粗精煤泥质量及控制浮选入料粒度上限。 Based on the GB/T 15716-2005 《Evaluation method of processing property of screening machinery for coal 》, this paper analyzed the industrial test of two-stage clean coal slime sieve bend from aspects such as gradation composition of feed for coal slime sieve bend, yield rate of products of screening, distribution curve, screening efficiency, avarge variance test. This sieve could deal with the treatment of fine coal slime, and it performmed better than one-stage clean coal slime sieve bend at every technic index, the high ash slime in screen overflow could be removed, and quality of raw clean coal slime could be ensured, as well as the size upper limit of flotation feed.
