锌指蛋白703(ZNF703) mRNA在犬乳腺肿瘤组织中的表达研究
摘要
犬乳腺肿瘤是母犬最常见的肿瘤性疾病,约占犬所有肿瘤性疾病的1/2,而其中又有40%-50%被诊断为恶性肿瘤[1]。犬的乳腺肿瘤与人的乳腺肿瘤在组织学和生物学上有着共同特征[2],除去寿命因素,犬和人在肿瘤发病年龄上也很相似[3],而且在临床和某些分子水平上两者也有一定的相似性[4]。因此,犬的乳腺肿瘤可以作为研究人类散发性乳腺肿瘤的理想模型[5]。随着犬乳腺肿瘤研究的深入。
