内蒙古敖汉旗首次发现O∶3血清型小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌

The first discovery of O∶3 serotype Yersinia enterocolitica in Aohan Banner of Inner Mongolia

摘要 目的了解敖汉旗境内鼠类,家畜家禽携带小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌(以下简称为小肠结肠炎菌)情况,为疾病防治工作提供科学依据。方法在敖汉旗长胜乡随机采集鼠类、家畜家禽粪便等样品,对小肠结肠炎菌进行分离、培养、鉴定并分型,用PCR方法进行毒力因子测定。结果 2011~2012年共检验各类样品381份,检出小肠结肠炎菌7株,2011年检出的7株为生物1A和3型,生物3型的2株菌均为O∶3血清型,均携带ail,ystA,yadA,virF,rfbc毒力基因。结论猪是致病性小肠结肠炎菌重要的携带者,敖汉旗境内的猪体内具有携带O∶3血清型小肠结肠炎菌。 Objective To understand the status of mice, livestock and poultry carrying Yersinia enterocolitica in Aohan Banner and provide evidences for the prevention and control work. Methods Samples were collected, such as animal faces and organs, to isolate, culture, identify and type the Yersinia enterocolitica strains. PCR was conducted to detect the toxicity genes of Yersinia enteroeolitica. Results A total of 381 samples were detected from 2011 to 2012 and we checked out 7 strains of Yersinia enteroeolitica. 7 strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were identified as biotype 1A and 2 in 2011. Two strains of biological type 3 were O : 3 serotype, with ail, ystA, yadA, virF and rfbc toxicity genes. Conclusion The pig was the major carrier of Yersinia enterocolitica with toxicity genes in Aohan Banner. It is necessary to conduct targeted prevention and control of Yersinia enterocolitica.
