84例布鲁杆菌病急性期病人转归情况调查

Prognosis of 84 brucellosis patients of acute phase

目的对2012年84例布鲁杆菌病(以下简称布病)急性期病人转归情况进行分析,为今后制定布病防治措施提供科学依据。方法收集整理各病例的随访资料,利用统计学方法计算相关指标。结果 84例布病急性期病人中失访28人,失访率为33.33%。随访到的病人中治疗率为96.43%,规范治疗率为85.19%,治愈率为71.74%,慢性化率为28.26%。结论失访率和慢性化率较高,应制定切实可行的措施降低失访率和慢性化率。

objectives To analyze the 84 cases of brucellosis patients in acute phase who got treatment in our center and provide scientific basis for brucellosis prevention and control. Methods Follow-up data was collected and calculated by using statistical method. Results Twenty-eight cases were missed in the interview of 84 cases of brucellosis patients in acute stage, and the missing rate was 33.33% , cases interviewed with treatment rate of 96.43%, standardized treatment rate of 85.19% , cure rate of 71.74% and chronic rate of 28.26%. Conclusion The missing rate and chronic rate were high, feasible measures should be formulated to reduce the missing rate and chronic rate.
