Through the comparative analysis of resources assessment and cost, new useful ways to solve the problem are presented. Make full use of the low grade ore, and set up a residual high grade residual ore recovering team with experience and skill of private mining to exploit more high grade ore. In practical applications, the scheme improved the output of gold, reduced the risk and cost, then obtained remarkable economic effects. So it can provide reference for other gold mines in China.
