动态纸页成形器模拟多层斜网成形器生产水溶性PVA纤维高强纸工艺探讨

Optimization of PVA Fiber Enhancement Paper Process with Dynamic Sheet Former Simulating Multilayer Inclined Wire Formers

摘要 采用动态纸页成形器(DSF)模拟实际生产中多层斜网成形器实现纸张的分层抄造,分析讨论水溶性PVA纤维在纸张结构中不同位置对成纸强度性能的影响;探讨纸张成形、干燥过程对PVA纤维结合状况、成纸纵横向强度等主要物理性能的影响;通过优化DSF运行参数,在针叶木长纤维(NBSK)浆料中添加0.8%~1.0%的PVA 70纤维(即温度在70℃左右时就能完全溶解的PVA纤维),压榨气控箱压力在0.2~0.3 MPa之间,干燥温度在95℃情况下,可获得最优增强作用。 Dynamic Sheet Former (DSF) was adopted to simulate the multilayer inclined wire formers to implement papermaking for layers. The effects of soluble PVA fiber on paper strength properties in different positions of paper structure were analyzed, meanwhile, the effects of forming and drying process were discussed on the combination of PVA fiber and the machine direction and cross machine direction strength properties. The optimal efficiency can be acquired by optimizing the parameters of DSF, adding PVA 70 fiber ( which could be dissolved completely at 70℃ ) with dosage of 0.80,6 to 1.0% in the Northern Bleached Softwood Kraft (NBSK), keeping the pneumatic control value at 0.2 MPa to 0.3 MPa and drying temperature at about 95℃ in this produce.
