摘要
针对马尾松溶解浆制浆废液中粗塔罗油难以高效分离的问题进行研究,对传统塔罗油分离工艺进行改良和完善,采用改良后的工艺对粗塔罗油进行高效分离提取。将提取得到的粗塔罗油进行甲基化处理,应用气质联用色谱(GC-MS)对其成分进行检测。实验结果表明:马尾松溶解浆制浆废液的成分主要包括木素、残留纤维、降解的小分子糖、粗塔罗油和无机物,其质量分数分别为9.71%、0.19%、0.39%、67.24%和22.47%。GC-MS分析结果表明,提取得到的油相混合物是粗塔罗油,其成分包括松香酸、树脂酸和中性不皂化物3大部分。
The traditional isolation process for crude tall oil (CTO) was modified to separate the CTO from masson pine kraft- based dissolving pulp waste liquor efficiently. Then, the CTO was methylated, and its components were measured by GC-MS analysis. The results showed that the main component of masson pine kraft-based dissolving pulp waste liquor includes lignin, residual fiber, glucoses with low molecular weight, inorganic substances and CTO. The proportions of the ingredients were 9.71%, 0.19%, 0.39%, 22.47% and 67.24%, respectively. The GC-MS analysis results showed that the composition separated from the masson pine kraft- based dissolving pulp liquor is tall oil ingredients, and it contains resin acids, fatty acids and neutral or unsaponifiable materials.
