超声引导减少人工流产并发症的临床分析

目的:探讨超声引导减少人工流产并发症的临床效果;方法:选取在无超声引导的条件下进行人工流产手术的1453例患者作为对照组,于超声引导下实施人工流产手术的1456例患者作为观察组,对比两组并发症发生情况。结果:在超声引导下实施人工流产术的观察组患者并发症发生率0.69%(10/1453),明显低于对照组的1.99%(29/1456),两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:超声引导无痛人流术使原本仅凭手感的手术变为直视下进行,具有安全、高效和减少并发症的作用。

Objective To investigate the ultrasound guided reduce the clinical effect of abortion comPlications. Methods In Feb- ruary 2014 to May 2014 in our line of artificial abortion oPeration, 1400 cases of 824 cases of pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group （under the guidance of ultrasound induced abortion） and the control group, 576 cases of （not） guided by ul- trasound in abortion, compared two groups of complications. Results Two groups of synthesis reaction of abortion and the incidence of incomplete suction palace compared difference is significant （P 〈0. 05 ）. In addition in the observation group of patients did not use ultrasonic before 12 cases, with residual after ultrasonic 3 cases. Conclusion Ultrasound guided painless abortion make originally a- lone feel under surgery to look, have the function of the safe, efficient, and reduce complications.
