胎-胎输血综合征对胎儿及新生儿的影响 被引量：3

摘要 根据双胎发生机制研究显示,在双胎妊娠中,单卵双胎占30%;在单卵双胎中,大约75%为单卵单绒毛膜双胎,其中绝大多数（98%）为单绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎（monochorionic-diamniotic,MCDA）[1]。胎-胎输血综合征（twin-twin transfusion syndrome,TTTS）是MCDA的严重并发症,在MCDA中的发生率为10%-20%
