新生儿窒息对血液系统影响的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 新生儿窒息可造成多器官系统损害,是新生儿死亡及伤残的主要原因之一,针对其造成的病生理改变已有较多研究,本文系统回顾了新生儿窒息对血液系统的损害。一、窒息对新生儿止凝血系统的影响(一)发育中的凝血系统新生儿的凝血过程和成人相比有很多不同,影响了血栓的形成、治疗及长期预后[1]。
