反复呼吸道感染患儿的临床治疗分析 被引量:13

Clinical analysis of treatment for children with recurrent respiratory tract infections

摘要 目的探讨反复呼吸道感染患儿的防治,以提高临床诊治水平。方法选取儿科2012年3月-2013年3月收治的反复呼吸道感染患儿168例,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组各84例,对照组采用常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上采用泛福舒口服治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果患儿治疗总有效率试验组为96.43%、对照组为59.52%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患儿治疗后感染次数、发病持续时间均较治疗前明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后试验组患儿感染次数、发病持续时间均明显低于对照组患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后试验组患儿IgG、IgA、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+水平明显升高;对照组患儿治疗后免疫指标水平无明显变化。结论细菌溶解产物可通过提高患儿机体内免疫系统活性使其获得预防性的保护,对反复呼吸道感染患儿与反复肺炎具有良好的预防和治疗作用,且无明显不良反应。 OBJECTIVE To investigate prevention and treatment of recurrent respiratory infections in children to im-prove clinical diagnosis and treatment .METHODS Totally 168 children admitted in pediatrics during Mar .2012 -Mar .2013 and diagnosed as recurrent respiratory infection were selected and were randomly divided into the ex-perimental group and the control group with 84 cases in each .The control group were treated with conventional therapy ,while the experimental group received oral administration of Broncho Vaxom based on the conventional treatment .The treatment effect was compared between the two groups .RESULTS The total efficiency was 96 .43% in the experimental group and 59 .52% in the control group ,the difference was significant (P&lt;0 .05) . The onset times and onset duration after treatment were significantly reduced compared to before treatment in the experimental group ,and were significantly lower than those in the control group (P&lt; 0 .05) .After treatment , IgG ,IgA ,CD3 + ,CD4 + ,CD4 + /CD8 + levels were significantly increased in the experimental group ,while no sig-nificant changes in the level of these immune parameters were shown in the control group .CONCLUSION Bacterial lysates can achieve preventive protection for children though enhancement of organism internal immunity ,prevent and reduce recurrent respiratory tract infection and recurrent episodes of pneumonia with no obvious adverse reac-tions .
