摘要
目的:了解新疆南北疆地区急诊科医护人员心理健康状况及影响因素,比较他们的异同,以便针对性的予以心理干预。方法:采取整群抽样方法,用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对南疆喀什一家三甲医院、阿克苏一家二甲医院,北疆石河子一家三甲医院,一家二甲医院均为综合医院的急诊科共147名医护人员进行调查。结果:南疆地区急诊科医护人员中筛选为阳性症状者占37.5%,北疆地区急诊科医护人员筛选为阳性症状的占20.93%,南疆地区急诊科医护人员SCL-90各因子分和中国常模相比较有统计学差异(P<0.001),以人际关系敏感、强迫、焦虑、躯体化、精神病性症状为主要表现。北疆地区急诊科医护人员SCL-90各因子除人际关系敏感因子外,其它与常模比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:北疆地区急诊科医护人员心理健康水平和一般人群相似,南疆地区急诊科医护人员心理健康水平明显比北疆地区急诊科医护人员及一般人群差,应调整南疆急诊科医护人员的心理状态,积极给予心理干预,提高其心理健康水平。
To analyyze and comoare the factors that may affect the mental health of emergency medical provide mental intervention pointedly. Methods:Through cluster general hospitals ( a top - three hospital in Kashgar and a second - senior hospital in Aksu, the southern Xinjiang; a top three hospital and a second - senior hospital in Shihezi, the northern Xinjiang ) in China, were interviewed with the symptom checklist - 90 ( SCL - 90). Results :The prevalence of emergency medical staffs with positive symptoms in the southern Xinjiang is 37.5% ; the prevalence of emergency medical staffs with positive symptoms in the northern Xinjiang is 20.93%. The scores of all factors in SCL -90 were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norm in the southern Xinjiang( P 〈 0.001 ), especially in psychotic symptoms like interpersonal sensi- tivity, obsession, anxiety and somatization. The scores of all factors but interpersonal sensitivity in SCL - 90 had no signifi- cant differences with the Chinese norm in the northern Xinjiang( P 〉 0.05). Condusions: The mental health status of emer- gency medical staffs in the northern Xinjiang is similar to the general population; the mental health status of emergency medical staffs in the southern Xinjiang is worse than that of those in the northern Xinjiang and the general population. Men- tal intervention should be given actively to emergency medical staffs in the southern Xinjiang to improve their mental status.
