摘要 神经外科学作为外科学的重要分支,具有专科性强、涉及学科范围广、内容抽象、操作性强的特点,加之见习学生对理论知识理解不够深入、对角色转换的不适应,缺乏科学完善的临床思维能力,临床操作经验不足,医患关系日趋紧张等实际情况,不少学生对于神经外科的临床见习心存恐惧,甚至部分学生选择消极逃避,临床整体教学质量深受影响。对此,我科室采取多途径、多方法结合,坚持以学生为中心,以问题为基础,围绕典型病例进行讨论与讲解相结合的带教方法进行教学,取得了满意的效果,学生独立解决问题的能力、临床思维能力以及技能操作能力等均得到有效提高。 Neurosurgery as an important branch of surgery, with a strong specialist, involving a wide range of sub- jects, content abstract, operational characteristics, And trainee student understanding of theoretical knowledge is not deep e- nough, not suited for the role of the conversion, the lack of scientifically sound clinical thinking ability, lack of clinical expe- rience, the doctor-patient relationship has become strained actual situation, Many of the students become fearful, negative for clinical neurosurgery trainee, and even some students choose to escape, deeply affecting the overall quality of clinical teach- ing, In this regard, My department take multi-channel sections, combining multiple methods, adhere to student-centered, use problem-based teaching methods, discussed with typical cases, use the teaching methods of explaining combination of teach- ing, and achieved satisfactory results, the ability of students solving problems independently, clinical thinking ability and, a- bility of Skills operatehave been improved.
