神经外科学作为外科学的重要分支,具有专科性强、涉及学科范围广、内容抽象、操作性强的特点,加之见习学生对理论知识理解不够深入、对角色转换的不适应,缺乏科学完善的临床思维能力,临床操作经验不足,医患关系日趋紧张等实际情况,不少学生对于神经外科的临床见习心存恐惧,甚至部分学生选择消极逃避,临床整体教学质量深受影响。对此,我科室采取多途径、多方法结合,坚持以学生为中心,以问题为基础,围绕典型病例进行讨论与讲解相结合的带教方法进行教学,取得了满意的效果,学生独立解决问题的能力、临床思维能力以及技能操作能力等均得到有效提高。
