随着我国旅游业被确定为国民经济战略性支柱产业,旅游从业人员的职业素质也受到前所未有的关注,文章首先对旅游伦理教育进行了简要介绍,接着探讨了加强旅游专业旅游伦理教育的重要性,最后建议从教育理念、课程设置、师资建设和实践教学等方面着手,加强旅游专业旅游伦理教育。

As tourism is now a strategic pillar industry of the national economy of China ,the qualifications of tourism staff are gaining increasing attention .This paper gives a brief introduction to tourism ethics education and discusses its importance for tourism students before suggesting strategies to improve tourism ethics educa -tion for tourism students in terms of guidelines ,curricular design ,teaching faculty and practical training .
