摘要
餐饮空间的色彩运用大致从三个方面体现,一是凸显出饮食的色香味俱全;二是餐饮环境的装修形式和色彩营造的就餐气氛需要呼应其主营饮食的特点,进而给人们带来审美愉悦和精神享受;三是以餐饮空间的鲜明个性、突出主题的色彩装饰和极富特色的珍馐美食来共同打造餐饮品牌形象,让人过目不忘,印象深刻。就像川菜、湘菜、火锅店等餐饮空间就通常以红色来表现"辣"的特色;古典中式餐厅大多会采用原木色的材料来做室内硬装的主材并搭配同色系的家具,营造出优雅大气的用餐环境。
Employment of colors in dining areas follows three principles:Color usage shall reflect the color ,fra-grance and taste of food;atmosphere created by decorations and color employment shall emphasize the features of the main food in the restaurant so as to provide aesthetic and spiritual pleasure for the diners;the spatial de-sign ,colors and food shall work together to impress the diners and promote the brand image of the catering bus-iness.For example,Sichuan cuisine,Hunan cuisine and hotpot restaurants often adopt red color to reflect the spiciness of the food .Classical Chinese-style restaurants mostly use plain wood materials for decorations ,which , when combined with furniture of the same color ,will create an elegant and grand dinning environment .
